YOU AGREE THAT OUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUCCESS OR FAILURE OF YOUR BUSINESS DECISIONS RELATING TO ANY INFORMATION PRESENTED BY JayDouglasVideos, OR OUR COMPANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. Affiliate Agreement This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for participation in the JayDouglasVideos Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the
term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). Wherever the agreement
refers to "you" or "your", it means "the Affiliate"; "we" or "our" refers
to JayDouglasVideos. The JayDouglasVideos affiliate
program will create
a unique URL for you when you submit a complete Affiliate Enrolment Form. You will receive
50% of the revenue as a commission from orders placed through your
Affiliate link less the charges outlined by PayPal, Clickbank, or any
other company used to process affiliate earnings. For a
sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete
the order form and remit full payment for the product ordered. Commissions
will only be paid on sales which are made through qualified Affiliate
links. Affiliates will be
paid for the applicable commissions within the framework of each affiliate
companies policies. If any
order that generated a referral fee is returned by the customer, or if
there are any returned checks or charge-backs, the amount will be deducted
from the payment due the affiliate. JayDouglasVideos
will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer
on the Affiliate Site. Customers who purchase
products and services through the Affiliate Program will be deemed to be
customers of JayDouglasVideos.
Accordingly, all JayDouglasVideos rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders and
service will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and
operating procedures at any time. Prices and availability of our products
and services may vary from time to time. JayDouglasVideos policies will always determine the price paid by the customer. Affiliates must have
an active Affiliate link in order to qualify for commissions. All
affiliates acknowledge that they are aware that affiliates MAY NOT order
through their own links in order to receive a discount or to earn a
commission. Any such affiliate commissions generated will not be
honored. As a condition of being accepted into the affiliate
program, all affiliates agree and acknowledge that any affiliate caught
trying to purchase the an item through their own affiliate link will have
their affiliate account terminated, and all commissions they earned will
be immediately forfeited. JayDouglasVideos reserves the right not to accept any site into the Affiliate Program based on site content. Sites that Do Not Qualify for the JayDouglasVideos Affiliate Program include sites which:
Unsolicited Commercial E-mail or SPAM JayDouglasVideos
does not participate or condone mass unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming), and
all Affiliates are expected to adhere to this policy. Violation
of this policy will result in the termination of this contract and
immediate dismissal from the JayDouglasVideos
Affiliate
Program and forfeiture of all commissions due. You are
independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will create any
partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or
employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority
to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You
agree you will
not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably
would contradict this statement. We will not be liable
for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue,
profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the
Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement
and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to
you under to this Agreement. We make no express or
implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate
Program or your potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In
addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site or the
Affiliate links will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be
liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. PRIVACY POLICY This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site ("Visitors") who visit without
transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by
JayDouglasVideos (collectively, "Services") ("Authorized Customers"). refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social security number, and credit card information. We also offer the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf.

JayDouglasVideos except for use as indicated above. Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by contacting us at admin@JayDouglasVideos Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use Cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Customers.
